Big Wave Challenge 2014

Mahalo Nui Loa to all of the participants and spectators that came out for Gerry Lopez's Big Wave Challenge at Mt. Bachelor last weekend. Many of the winning contestants walked away with pieces of wood inlaid jewelry provided by Koa Wood Rings. A special thanks to pro-surfers Shane Dorian, Ian Walsh and DK Walsh for making the trek from Hawaii for the event. They were joined by Joe Curren and Chris Christenson competing in the "Pro-Surfer" Division with Ian Walsh taking first. Fun to see these guys surfing frozen waves. Come out and see it for yourself next year! Aloha

Amazing work

Quality and one of a kind craftsmanship...beautifully made jewelry.

Gorgeous

This ring is fantastic. The delicately inlayed wood looks beautiful, and definitely sparks questions and compliments from friends. Definitely a more unique piece of jewellery, with heaps of character, and extremely well crafted.

Beautiful

A lovely piece. I bought this as a gift. It's beautifully made, the character of the wood really shines through and the craftsmanship is superb. I could highly recommend!

Wedding ring

My husband and I are avid hikers and traveling the world constantly. We decided we were going to get married in Yosemite under the sequoia and red wood tree and found this ring for my husband it was absolutely beautiful and has been a huge staple of our wedding!
